Ganzhou Jingwei Auto Parts Co., LTD. (Hereinafter refered to as company) was founded in July 2007 as a private-owned company. The company is located in ShaHe industrial parks. Its leading products include auto transmission suitable for SUVS. Commercial cars, light trucks, Pick-ups, limousines, etc, as Automated Mechanical Transmission(AMT) independently developed, which is a key project as pivotal auto components supported and given priority by the National Development and Reform Commission, the AMT fill the gap in domestic automated transmission industry, breeks through foreign technical barrier and obstacle, and meets market need for AMT in china. The company is devoted to becoming an independent transmission supplier in china, and supplying auto transmission system with characteristics of well-performance, high quality, energy-saving and environmental friendliness.

With the registered capital of 60 million RMB, the company covers a land area of 100 Mu, and the total investment in this project will reach 130 million RMB, once launched, the company will be capable of producing100, 000 units transmissions per year and making the annual production value up to 300million RMB. The company is installed with a housing &case machining line, three assembly lines, the manufacturing system is flexible including vertical and horizontal machining center, Mazak CNC lathes, spline rolling machine imported. Presently the Company has formed capacity of 50000 transmissions annually.

The company has an experienced engineering team, all team members have 5-20 years experience in product and process design of auto transmission, 2D/3D, CAD, CAPP, PRO/E softwares are adopted in designing process, a first-class transmission R&D center is established here, which enable the company take a lead in technology, quality and cost in China auto transmission industry.
